There has never been a way for any copier dealer to effectively compare their performance to those of others servicing the same products. For this reason the service departments are forced to rely on the vendors estimates or work in a vacuum of only knowing their own numbers. Without a valid, statistical comparison most companies rely on what others tell them, not facts.
Our reporting data is based on our unique ability to compile, standardize and apply uniform error-correction to data exported directly from copier dealer's service computers. We track every service call that occurs on over 800,000 copiers every month. Our extensive database allows us to determine average service costs, and then pinpoint for our customers which of their machines are exceeding that average cost.
We provide details on where improvements can be made, and the projected savings generated by those improvements.
