How it works...
Our program targets the very behaviors that get results. We know that the key behaviors are:
› Productivity; doing as many quality calls as possible.
› Efficiency: making sure the calls are done with minimal cost.
› Effectiveness: making sure each call is done right.
This program will pay technicians based on how well they can perform these behaviors. First, we know that a quality call will produce more copies between calls, so we measure those copies. Second, the total of those copies will be, in part, determined by how productive the tech is.
Thirdly, we know that not not using the necessary parts will cause machine performance to deteriorate. Conversely, there is also a point where excessive parts usage does nothing to improve performance. So our program will pay technician to make good decisions. Using your company to set benchmarks for parts usage, we set realistic targets and pay based on the progress towards those goals.

Benchmarking, the KEY improvement.
BEI provides the only accurate and verifiable database of machine performance statistics in the world. If our data says a unit is performing well, it is! If it is not performing, the data will indicate such. We are totally independent and report the performance of each unit based on the service call activity of copier dealers around the world.
Without benchmarking, you can't truly say your performance is as good as it should be. Even our best servicing customers are saving thousands of dollars each month using our information.
