SRS is a FREE Service Reporting Software that allows dealers to store their service activity electronically. SRS was created as a response to the requests made by numerous companies who do not have the ability to provide BEI Services the data needed to analyze their performance in order to reduce operating costs. Using this product, your company will be able to manage service call data and technicians easily and effectively. This levels the playing field for dealers who do not use an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to dispatch their service calls.
With the optional wireless products; technicians can dispatch, arrive and complete service calls (including entering parts used and ordering parts needed) remotely. Technicians can also look at previous call histories to review parts used and prior meter readings.
This product will increase field service productivity by providing technicians the information needed without having to rely on a dispatcher or someone in the office to assist them.
