Wes McArtor
President
Wes started his career as a service tech, rising to various senior-level service positions with Savin and Minolta before starting B.E.I. Services in 1993.
Since then he’s been providing independent dealers with an unbiased source for standards and nationwide comparative service reporting, saving them money along the way. His company now tracks more than 1.1-million service calls on more than 7.6-million imaging devices around the world. Wes remains a familiar face and speaker at industry events such as ITEX, BPCA, BTA, the OMD Users Group, and CDA.

Greg
Greg Moseley
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Moseley began a career in the copier industry in 1975 as a technician and has held positions of service management through 1982 when he began working for a major copier manufacturer.
During his tenure as a territory manager, then working at the corporate level, the concept of performance benchmarking became a major project. With Wes McArtor, President and co-founder of BEI Services, the concept of data collection from remote ERP’s and standardizing the results became a reality. Moseley and McArtor then took this proven concept private in 1993 to become the industries only source of real world performance of both the devise and the people supporting them.

Bud
Bud Karakey
Vice President of Operations
Bud Karakey joined BEI Services in March of 2009 as VP of Operations. Since that time Bud has provided strategic focus in product design and development, market outlook as well as sales and marketing. 307.250.7214
Bud has 20 years of industry experience in creating and designing software solutions that help the imaging industries service department’s productivity and performance increase. As one of the original founders of ADS Communications, Bud installed and supported the ADS product at hundreds of dealerships in North America. In March of 2004 ADS was acquired by EFI where Bud became the Director of Service for the ADS division of EFI. In June of 2006 the ADS division was spun out of EFI with a new name of MWA Intelligence. As a minority share holder in MWA, Bud held a number of VP positions prior to his move to BEI Services. Bud attended Maricopa Technical Institute in Arizona, and then joined the United State Air force.

Matt Peters
Director of Information Systems and Technology
Matthew Peters joined BEI Services in May of 2002 as Systems Programmer. Since that time, he's been promoted to the Director of Information Systems and Technology where he oversees all information systems resources and development for BEI.
Under Matthew's direction, the company's robust data integration (ETL) and business intelligence reporting platform has grown by over 450% while continuing to evolve to meet the needs and desires of BEI's customers. Matthew has spent the majority of his career building and supporting enterprise level systems using primarily Open Source Software (OSS) and solutions. Matthew graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 2002 with a BBA in MIS and now lives with his wife and 2 children in Minnesota. In Matthew's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, fishing, being outdoors and camping, and working on his technology related blog (http://matt-peters.com/blog).

Guy Worzel
Performance Analyst
Guy Worzel started with BEI Services November 2004. With over 30 years of practical experience in the office equipment industry, Guy brings a wealth of knowledge to BEI that helps our customers everyday. 307.250.3072
Guy started his career as a service technician in New York and in time was promoted to Field Service Manager. After a number of years as service manager, Guy transitioned to parts manager where he redesigned the parts department, implemented and trained personnel at a major independent copier dealer that later became IKON Office Solutions. Guy was responsible for the parts warehouse and supplying 160 service technicians’ car stocks. Guy’s training includes: IKON’s Management Leadership Program, multiple manufactures training classes, Ricoh’s Inventory Control Workshop, Various service management training seminars and many more. Guy currently resides in central Florida his wife and two daughters, and his son is in the Army.

Steve Sharkey
Performance Analyst
Steve Sharkey joined BEI Services in July of 2005 as a Performance Analyst helping other dealerships with is experience and knowledge. Having been a BEI Services customer since 1994, BEI sought Steve to tap his real world experience with their products. 307.272.9112
Over the past 9 years Steve has helped many dealerships achieve the same success with BEI that we were able to achieve at Allied Office Solutions and Toshiba Business Solutions. Steve continues to support the more than 250 dealers currently working with BEI Services. Steve started in the copier industry in the early 1980’s as a field technician working on Liquid Canon copiers. He joined Allied Office Solutions of Kansas City in 1986, and worked as field technician. Getting promoted through the ranks he became the Service Manager for Allied in 1994. His tenure as manager lasted more than 10 years. In 2004, the success of Allied led them to be purchased by Toshiba Business Solutions.

Dan Fink
Performance Analyst
Dan Fink joined BEI Services in January of 2011 as a Performance Analyst. Since that time Dan has been managing major accounts and manufacturers that are using BEI’s Services, and providing support and training to current customers. 307.250.7311
Prior to coming to BEI Services Dan started in the office equipment industry in 1988 as a copier technician with Metro Sales in Minnesota. Over his 22 year career at Metro Sales, Dan held positions including Sales, Field Service Supervisor, and Field Service Manager overseeing Branch Service Operations. Dan also was facilitator of the BEI program when he was a customer of BEI Services. This gives him real world experience with the program and allows him to share that knowledge with our customers.

Russ Greer
Performance Analyst
Russ brings 30 years of industry experience to BEI Services. He was founder and President of Alamo Copier Systems of New Mexico. Russ has held various levels of service, operations & sales management positions with IKON Office Solutions, Lanier Worldwide, Global Imaging Systems and the independent dealer channel,
where he drove his teams to exceed industry benchmarks, dramatically improved operational efficiencies and maximized gross profit. He has been recognized for his expertise by being awarded Service Manager of the Year during his tenure at IKON Office Solutions and being the recipient of the Lanier Gold World Class Service Award two years in a row. Russ studied Electrical Engineering at the University of New Mexico. He and his wife reside in sunny Tampa, Florida.

Darrell Leven
National Sales Manager
Darrell has worked with dealers in the copier/print and office technology solutions industry for over thirty years including senior sales, marketing and business development leadership roles with Modern Business Systems, OMD Corporation, Automated Dispatch Systems (ADS) and FMAudit. 816.729.7037.
He has worked with hundreds of BTA dealerships, technology solutions companies and channel partners in providing software solutions to automate critical business processes and data to improve business performance and profits. His background experience and knowledge includes dealership infrastructure ERP, Service Dispatch, CRM, Managed Print and GPS software solutions.

Stacey Romak joined BEI Services as a Customer Care Specialist in November of 2010. Since that time she has been providing training and support to all BEI customers. Stacey makes it her goal to ensure each BEI customer has a positive experience and receives the individual attention needed to get the most out of our exclusive solution suite. 307.288.5577
Stacey brings many years of experience working within the Office Equipment industry. She started as a Service Coordinator for Future Digital Imaging where she managed day-to-day operations. She then accepted a position as a Training Specialist for MWA Intelligence where she gained extensive experience working with dealerships to improve their Service Department performance. Stacey graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Speech Communication.

Brett Sisell
Web Developer
Brett Sisell joined BEI Services in March of 2014 as a Junior Web Developer. As a Computer Science student at Winona State University, Brett focused his studies not only on professional Software Engineering practices, but also Usability, User Experience and Human Factors Psychology.
Before coming to BEI, Brett worked as a web developer for a non-profit organization called Whole Kids Outreach (WKO). Brett led a small team of Winona State students to design and implement a unique internal web system for WKO that provides their staff with much-needed digital tools and technologies. Brett’s studies and experience in the web application field give him a combination of both back-end and front-end development skills. As a part of the BEI development team, Brett works to maintain and expand BEI’s unique web application systems. Brett lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with his fiancé Jennifer. Brett and Jennifer enjoy mountain biking, camping, hiking and pretty much anything outdoors.

Chad Koppes
Software Engineer
Chad joined BEI services in 2014 as a software engineer. Trained in software development and project management, Chad works with the IT team to improve existing software applications and help create new tools that are relevant in our ever-changing field. He enjoys working with the BEI team and finding new ways for BEI Customers to use technology to innovate the office equipment industry.
Before coming to BEI Chad spent six years in the Navy as an electrician in the engineering department of the USS Eisenhower. Afterwards he went on to college and ultimately earned a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary and worked as a pastor and theologian for 10 years until returning to school to learn software engineering. He now lives in Minnesota with his wife and son creating software by day and reading ancient theological manuscripts at night.

Jeremy Terhaar
Developer
Jeremy joined BEI Services in June of 2016 as a member of the development team. He graduated from the University of Minnesota -Twin Cities where he studied Computer Science as well as German, Scandinavian & Dutch Studies. Jeremy was introduced to computer science through an elective course while in his original area of study, Mathematics.
Since then, he has become interested in the area of Internet programming using the vast array of solutions it offers to tackle the various problems encountered. While studying for his degree, he was involved as an undergraduate research assistant in the NoVA Module Factory and later a lab in the Department of Entomology. At NoVA he worked in the assembly line production of neutrino detector modules for the Fermilab Ash River Far Detector. In the Entomology lab he assisted in gathering data for various studies relating to corn rootworms.

Jack Duncan joined BEI services as the Director of the REACH Leadership Development Academy. With over 40 years experience in the Office Technology industry, Jack Duncan has played an integral role in various positions. He has held Service Management, Technical Management, Director of Service and VP of Service positions at prominent dealerships and manufacturers including ASI Business Solutions in Dallas, TX and Ricoh Corporation.
