About the Presenter:
From the start of his career, Jack Duncan has played an integral role in various positions within the office technology industry.  He has held Service Management, Technical Management, Director of Service and VP of Service positions at prominent dealerships and manufacturers includingASI Business Solutions in Dallas, TX and Ricoh Corporation.  In addition, he held a position on the board of the OMD User Group, teaching many classes before opening his own consulting firm, JDC – Jack Duncan Consulting where he developed and taught Service Managers University and consulted dealerships nationwide.  Most recently, Duncan took a position as VP of Service for Standley Systems, the largest dealership in Oklahoma, transitioning the Service Department from good to elite.
